Now based in Portland, she combines design expertise, leadership, and community impact as an Expert Apparel Designer at Jordan Brand and founder of the Black Talent in Design and Fashion Fund.

Apparel Designer
Originally from Philadelphia and currently based in Portland, Alicia has spent over 15 years designing apparel for some of the world's most recognized lifestyle and sport brands. Her career has taken her across six cities in three countries, including four years in Switzerland, where she helped lead and grow Timberland's women's apparel business.
After graduating from Philadelphia University, Alicia earned a first-place global scholarship sponsored by Vogue Italia to pursue her master's degree at Domus Academy in Milan. Throughout her career, she has contributed to leading brands including PVH, Stone Island, AdidasSLD, Timberland, and Jordan Brand, where she is currently celebrating five years as an Expert Apparel Designer.
Beyond her work in design, Alicia is committed to creating opportunities for others. She previously served as Co-Chair of Nike's Women of the Black Employee Network, leading programs centered on career development, wellness, and community. She also organized the Black Girls Brunch Club in Portland for four years and founded the Black Talent in Design and Fashion Fund in 2020. Through scholarships, mentorship, internships, and job placement, the nonprofit has supported more than 75 students across the United States and internationally.
